The Global Goals

Hi guys,

There is yet again a new plea to help us convince world leaders to make a change with 17 new goals. The Global Goals . So we are asking you to help make a difference.

On September 25th 2015, 193 world leaders will commit to 17 Global Goals to achieve 3 extraordinary things in the next 15 years. End extreme poverty. Fight inequality & injustice. Fix climate change. The Global Goals for sustainable development could get these things done. In all countries. For all people.           – From http://www.globalgoals.org/

By sharing this blog, the website, or posting images with the number you support most, we hope to make the goals famous and push for their full implementation.

Please help support these goals to help make a change in the world for good.

havoc with hay fever

Most people know the general facts about climate change (that the ice caps are melting due to the warming temperatures) but it turns out that climate change is also acting in ways that aren’t quite so noticeable. This research I found out really surprised me about how climate change is affecting our everyday lives in ways in which we wouldn’t expect.

Hay fever is something that so many people suffer from ,and although it is not always serious , it often leads to the unwanted red nose and watery eye look. And studies are now suggesting that climate change could be the cause in an increase in sufferers. This is because with the high carbon dioxide levels and hotter temperatures plants are growing faster, blooming sooner in spring and producing more and more pollen. Which in turn leads to worse hay fever symptoms and a longer hay fever season!
